Membership Duties
Members will take turns in representing The House of Palestine at Balboa
Park a few times a year.
Examples of this would be:
- Hosting our House: The House of Palestine will be hosted on Sundays (between 12 and 5 pm) and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month (between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm). Hosting is a time to display artifacts, articles, videos, food samples, collect donations, and have discussions with visitors. It is the primary way to educate the public about our culture. Since we won’t have an actual structure, we have to host out of the Hall of Nations building with other Houses.
- The House of Palestine Lawn Program Our lawn program will
take place in November. We will provide entertainment and food.
- December Nights on the Prado: Members will
provide and serve ethnic food.

Membership Dues
We will start collecting dues once we are accepted into the House of
Pacific Relations.
Membership dues are as follows:
- Individual: $15 per year.
- Student: $7 per year.
- Family: $25 per Year. A family consists of the parents and all kids under 18.
- Gold Membership - Business and Professional: $ 75 per Year.
